Established Family Physician Practice Joins MGH Group
 On June 1, 2012, Dr. Kavita Raj and support staff, located at 1399 N. Baldwin Avenue, will become part of the MGH employed physician group.
The MGH employed physician group consists of multiple physician offices located throughout Converse, Fairmount, Gas City, Marion, and Swayzee.
They will remain at their current location. Their phone number has changed from (765) 662-8696 to (765) 660-7550.
For a limited time, patients who call the old number will be automatically forwarded to the new number.
